Refund and Returns Policy
We aim to deliver the highest quality printed miniatures, but things don’t always go to plan.
- Defective Miniatures: if your miniature is faulty or defective we will replace it at no cost to you. This usually means we’ll produce a replacement and ship it out at no cost to you. If we are unable to issue a replacement, we will refund you for the faulty portion of your order.
- Missing Components: For multi-piece miniatures, your order should come with all the components needed to fully assemble the miniature. If you think you’re missing a piece, please get in contact with us via the below details with a description of what pieces are missing and photos if possible. If we find there are part/s missing we will ship the missing pieces out at no cost to you.
- Shipping Damage: Some resin miniature components are naturally fragile. We use tough resin and take extra care packing orders, but things can go wrong in transit. If a component arrives damaged or broken, please get in contact with us via the process below and we will issue a replacement.
- Change-of-Mind Returns/Refunds and Exchanges: We make our miniatures to order. As such, we are unable to process exchanges or returns for change-of-mind reasons.
- Other Issues: if your issue is not covered by the above, please get in contact via the below details and we’ll see what we can do.
How to return/refund an order
Email us at [email protected] (or via the Contact Us form) within 30 days of your order being shipped and we’ll do our absolute best to resolve the issue.

- Your name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant photos
We will assess the issue and get back to you promptly.
