Frequently Asked Questions
How do you print your miniatures?
We print our miniatures on 16K resin printers with our custom resin formulation for the highest detail and durability. Everything we print is cleaned, prepared and cured so it arrives to you ready to prime and paint.
How do your miniatures arrive?
We handle the full production process for your miniatures. Everything arrives cleaned, with the supports removed and fully cured.
How do you ship?
We ship via Australia Post. We pack everything carefully to ensure there are no breakages in transport.
What is your lead time?
We ship your order as soon as it comes off the production queue. Lead time will depend on the size of the order, but we ask for up to two weeks to make up your order. Usually we can get it faster than that
How should I prepare 3D printed miniatures?
Preparing 3D printed miniatures is a lot like preparing miniatures off a sprue. Inspect them for any bumps or stringy bits left over from the printing process, using flush cutters and a file to remove them. Assemble with superglue, then prime and paint.
How should I handle your miniatures?
Our custom resin formulation is designed to be durable and survive a fall off a tabletop. Treat them with the same care you would any other plastic miniature.
What is your returns, replacements and refunds policy?

Do you hold licenses for your prints?
